The work
A grading platform for sports card collectors, built around three things that had to work together: an AI-powered Rate-to-Reveal game, the proprietary EyeQ+ scoring metric, and a global registry deep enough that collectors would trust it as a system of record.
I architected the API integrations and workflow pipelines connecting internal systems to third-party platforms — each one designed as a reusable pattern rather than a one-off, so the next integration cost days instead of weeks.
- Cloud-hosted SvelteKit and Next.js applications on Vercel at Lighthouse 95+ with sub-second load times
- Integration patterns for Clerk authentication, Cloudinary image delivery, Datadog real-user monitoring, and Google Analytics 4
- WCAG 2.1 AA and Core Web Vitals thresholds as release acceptance criteria
- Zero-downtime weekly production releases on two-week Agile iterations
- Automated QA and data-validation in the pipeline — 30% less manual development effort
