The work
The Magento Enterprise 2.4 transition was the visible half. The harder half was underneath: WebMethods and ERP integrations in Java and SOAP/XML against SQL Server, unifying POS, order, and product data across commerce and content systems.
POS and transaction data fed into Snowflake for the segmentation models behind campaign targeting, while legacy on-premise CMS platforms moved to cloud-hosted WordPress, Magento, and AEM.
- Conversions up 18%, cart abandonment down 15% via AEM personalization
- 30% less manual financial reconciliation from the WebMethods/ERP integration
- Payment-token migration from Authorize.Net and CyberSource to Braintree with uninterrupted recurring billing
- Salesforce CRM integrated with commerce, ERP, and content systems for a single customer view
